We were watching this fisherman sorting his catch (along with a group of locals waiting to buy the fresh fish) when an American tourist strolled up looked for a minute or two then turned to her partner and in a (very) loud voice asked “why is he throwing all trhat fish away” to which her partner, in an equally loud voice replied “ well look at it - it’s absolutely rotten what else could they do but chuck it in the garbage”. Speechless.
